Chrysler made a set of service manuals. Check with your local dealer. Sometimes they are for sale in the classified ads on this site and occasionally on ebay.

www.techauthority.com sells Prowler manuals. Just bought the full set last night.

I don't know of any others for Prowler, but if you happen to have a PT Cruiser, you can get a Haynes for almost half-price (and only $1.40 shipping) from www.overstock.com

They also have a couple of dozen others, also bought one for my Firebird. If they happen to have the one(s) that you need, it seems to be a good buy.
