Today (2/5/2004) at approx 6PM I spotted a Yellow with Chrome wheels Prowler spotted on Donald Ross Rd. (Jupiter, FL). It had some interesting mods on it. It had huge custom rear mufflers where standard pipes exit the rear end and a single chrome tow hook protruding from the front grill.
Had a Florida Dolphin Lic. plate. It was a Gentleman with dark short hair, mustache approx 40-50 yrs old.

Just curious as to who it was.
