I can't find a 99 either. I wonder,if I read a 1997 & 2000 will that help?

I don't really think I would want to sell it but I do have a brand new, unused 1999 Plymouth Prowler owners manual kit including the original purple vinyl enclosure. I will consider all offers but may decide not to sell it in the end since it is the only one I have.
