Congrats to Eddie for best in show for in the Prowlers PT Cruisers and Vipers class. The Georgia chapter of the PT Cruisers Club along with Hayes Chrysler / Jeep held an Toys for Tots car show yesterday. We had four Prowlers. Myself , Rick Ellis, Eddie Powell and Joe D. Joe who also brought his Viper, did not make it in time for the judging. I did not make an exact count but I am guessing about 30 PT's were in attendance. On had about a $10,000 paint job on it. So wiining the class was not easy. An 383 70 Cuda took best in show for the non PT, Prolwer/Viper class. It was extremely cold and I was surprised we even had 3 motorcyles attend. They also had thier own class. This message has been edited by BeWare on 12-14-2003 at 10:56 AM |

AC it began in the 30's , and went into the low 40's. it was on the verge of rain so it was very damp. (Eddie and I no more than got home and it poured). It was also very very windy so I am guessing the wind chill was much much lower than the actual temp. It took Eddie 15 minutes to remove all the extra layers of coats/clothes etc he had on, before he could get into his Kat to drive home. Sorry Eddie I couldn't resist. Thanks all!! It does make you feel good AC, but I can't see what makes a judge pick one car over another when there are 4 awsome Prowlers and 30 of the most beautifully painted and "dolled-up" PT's you have ever seen. Curtis, could be the vents!!! (there was a PT there with Buick Vents) Something to think about. Any opinions?
