Is the dash board covered with real leather or vinyl. I am using a leather wipe to clean the interior and do not want to make a mistake. If you know of a better product for cleaning the interior please chime in, I'm listening.

It's just a pressed vinyl. I don't think anything could hurt it.
Don't worry

And, the leather that is used on the seats, (If it's real leather,I have my doubts)is so durable that, again, you really can't hurt it.
Any good upholstory cleaner is fine.
If you want to treat the seats once in awhile with a leather treatment, knock yourself out.

The dark grey dash top is made of just painted hard plastic and is one piece with the color matched instrument panel face.

JRL, i have already had some discussions with custom upholstery people and the seats bottoms and backs are in fact leather. Now the sides and backside are a different story. But this is no different from many high end cars.

I have it on good authority that the dash is made from
Nagahides and it took 25 baby Nagas to do the dash
Ed told me this and he knows his stuff.

Use 303 Aerospace protectant and it wont matter. It works great on finished leather, rubber and vinyl. Offers 100% UV fade protection on the bumpers too. Really amazing stuff, better than anything you can get in the stores.
