The following thread only drew 5 responses, which is kind of lame. We are trying to go along with what the majority wants to do but 5 votes doesn't really give us a good indication of what most of you want. Please go to this thread and express your opinion. Ed, Maybe the reason there were so few replys is because most people did as I did when the new forum was posted. I let out a big sigh of relief and never even went to see it. I don't want to apear rude but I just don't have the time to wish everyone a happy birthday and I also don't want to forget anyone while I try. That's why I never answer any of the birthday wish posts. The birthday music is also a little irritating when I'm trying to be quiet late at night or at work. Larry, that is the kind of feedback I am looking for, actually. I think we can post all the birthdays for an upcoming month and hopefully no one will be offended and then we will not need individual birthday wishes during the month. I keep the sound turned down to very low, and I live alone. Sometimes you click on a link and get blasted. I figure I can turn up the sound and replay it if I need to. You made some valid points and that is why I wanted more votes and opinions. |

The vote seems to be 16 to nothing to do it once a month. Unless we have the votes counted in Fla. it looks like once a month will be the winner, or the lesser of two evils. You can continue to vote, and continue to add names to the individual months indefinitely. Thanks for the input for those that voted. I assume the rest of you don't care about it all that much, which is fine. |
