Was looking through the "wheels" section of the paper this morning and saw a picture of a man by the name of Joe Bailon who sells car wax standing next to his signature Prowler.According to the paper it says that Mr. Bailon was the developer of the candy apple red paint and has customized cars for over 60 years.Here's his website. www.bmap.tv
