Just kidding  ProwlerMom and ProwlerDad were out on a date tonight without ProwlerGirl and decided to go see the Crossfire at Bankston Chrysler in Frisco. We saw a member's car (silver) in the service area. They bragged about their Prowler service. Who else has had service performed there and what is your recommendation? Ron and Kay |

Hi - that's mine - took it in last night for the ball joint recall - only let Neal work on her. Will pick it up tonight. Must not have missed us by much - dropped her off around 6:15. Neal is great and most of the DFW area owners take their cars to him. Extremely knowledgeable and does great work!! Tami |

I will not take my car there. It is a shame that Neal is there, because he is one of the best, but depending on what you are having done, he may or may not be the one doing the work. I had transmission work done there, twice. Also, had my PT in there, 5 times, for brake problems. The fifth time because they failed completely. Will not go back unless the transmission fails, again, under their warranty. I go to Eldorado with my PT, Jeeps (the one I had and the one I currently have) and Prowler. Have not had a single problem with anything they have done, though I know others on here have. t |
