Fairly obvious that the Crossfire was owned by Chrysler. These have been seen around the country on many test runs. They won't be released until July, I believe. JRL |

They will end in Miami on Tuesday 4/22. Read this Article: Arrests, tickets mark start of notorious coast-to-coast race SAN FRANCISCO -- Some of the world's fastest and most exotic cars tore out of San Francisco on Thursday night for the start of a mad cross-country caper that's as much about hard driving as hedonistic partying.

Darn, I wish I had known that they were in my area. I would have taken a look. They didn't go fast down Lombard Street Hill I bet. There is always bumper to bumper traffic waiting to go down. The Prowler looked good, even if it was black. (hehehehe) |

They made it to Miami late Tuesday night. LA times reported that the Koenigsegg got a ticket for doing 210 mph! Also two girls got pulled over in Texas for doing 150 mph in their Ferrari but when the cop walked up to the car the woman were topless. The Cop posed for photos with the woman and let them go. Also reported that all Gumball participant were banded from AL. This message has been edited by spoons on 04-25-2003 at 08:18 PM |
