When we uncrated the new trailer for the yellow Prowler I found two problems. The first was primer showing through the yellow in several areas, and the trunk latch mounting was already broken. I discussed the issues with the dealer and he said that he would contact DC. DC said they would contact the trailer manufacture and see what they wanted to do. I figured that they would repaint it and repair the latch mount. I was pleasantly surprised when the dealer called and told me that the manufacture was replacing the complete trailer. Nice customer service.

Larry Lord sells a kit to fix the trailer latch problems. Did you ever buy the trailer bra?.....Ransom

Neal - Glad to hear that they're taking care of you so well with your trailer problem. It's really sad that they cannot do a better job with the latch problems.
A beautiful trailer and an absolute piece of junk for mounting the latch and also keeping it tight.

Ransom - Thanks for the mention of my latch reinforcement kit!
Did you get everything installed on your trailer yet?

With the help of CJ and the wonderful people at Beaverton Chrysler/Plymouth my new silver trailer should
be here in about two months. Then I'm going to put on your
latch repair up-grade kit! ......Ransom

I have all of the Larry Lord trailer accessories, but the latch was broken at the factory.
