I finally won the battle but not the war with DC over the paint problem on my Kat. They admitted to causing part of the problems but not all of it how that works I still can't figure out, they have offered us a lesser amount of compensation for the repaint than we'd like but figured this is their "last and final offer" so I took it. Sikkens is providing all the materials to do the job and that helps my guy out big time, so it's in the shop as I write this only took 14 mnths to get to here. so for everyone who's going through warranty blues with DC don't let up on them I sent faxes to the president of DC Canada every second day for 1 mnth after they rejected my claim the last time, he must have finally got sick of recieving them and looked into it. So now that it's winter here i can have it ready for spring time.

That's great, hopefully we can get together next year. We are hosting a cruise in September to Whistler and possibly on through Pemberton, Lilloet and the Fraser Canyon. Hope you can join us. |

Heh Eric I'm looking for studded snow tires lol it's been so long in pieces thought thats what they all looked like thks Rich and Ed... MG wouldn't anyone be scared of AC coming to visit them. Have we ever heard Mike or Judy give an answer to his never ending request for the curator's job??? lol I'm on my way out to the shop to put on my newly made and polished front brace  PK |

The PT thats getting the detailing done has been in the shop a bit and only have one vehicle here right now so have had to put off the detailing for the time being but will get it done as soon as time allows. I was at the shop yesterday all my parts are primered and they we're starting to sand them so there's good progress being made I will be looking for 20" snow tires I think PK |

Joe it was hard to miss the summer and not going to Colorado. But at least it's getting redone they stripped it right down to bare metal and what ever kinds of material the fenders and nose cone are. It will be better than new this time no problem layer of paint. Al it's a long story my Kat had 2 coats of paint on most of it and the last coat they put on wasn't stable to make a long story short, it is way more technical than that and that might not even be the correct explanation all I know is my guy paints rods and harleys for people you don't do anything "But the best work for" PK |

I Gotta have a few of my other good buds there also to share in the special coffee's Bill Brown AK "Big Dog" I gotta see his new hard top and Danny A.,Joe P. and of course XXL Bill has to be there to pop the top he was the one that really started the whole thing going God Bless him lolOh ok ED and AC also
