Its a list of over 50 Prowler owners, most of which started out from the PPC days. Half the people don't use the internet, so they must be contacted by either letter or by phone. A large portion of them don't get out that much, if at all. I'm sure Brian will agree, that it is very difficult to convince many of the ones that we have met to join, or at least observe POA. I believe the largest group gathering has been in the neighborhood of 17 cars (at least since I've been back in NE). If you need any contact info, or would like to be added to the list - please do not hesitate to let either Brian or myself know. We seem to be the two that are the most vocal in the bunch. Our next planned gathering is on November 3rd, on the out skirts of Boston. PS - Are you the guy from south of Albany, by the state line? Wasn't I supposed to come over, over a year ago? I moved again - sorry. |

Ken, Steve (SPCL-T) is right, the New England Prowler club has a private group web site on AOL. It's administrated by Steve Feldman and there is not much in there, plus it's a pain in the butt to log into AOL and find the site. I'm not sure why more People from New England don't use Prowleronline.com; I think some still have a bad taste in there mouth from the PPC (prowlerclub.com) days, and the others ones don't use the internet. I've even tried promoting POA by giving away T-shirts, hats and stickers at the Newport Event in July. They are really missing out! I try to post all the New England Prowler events on POA, that way everyone has access to the info, not just a restricted group. ------------------ This message has been edited by spoons on 10-16-2002 at 08:05 AM |

Steve and Brian, What do you think about creating a real NE chapter website. We can link to this site for any prowler related info. Just an idea. |

I am sure we could get some space on the Prowleronline.com server if we asked Mike? I recommend just posting everything on POA that way the whole world knows what is going on in the New England area. Good Example is "Laddie Roussel" is visiting his daughter in CT next month (Nov) with his Cat and wanted to know if there was any events planned in New England. |

Ken, I agree, when Laddie comes to visit we will have do something if there isn't a Prowler event. ------------------ |
