Terri, I sent you an email. I took mine in today to the body shop and had the service manager take a look at it.

He informed me that the district rep (a female) has been getting ALOT of calls about riped tops. He said she has been denying them all.

He put a call into her but, she was out and left a message. He said with only 200 miles on the OD that they might fix mine but, he is not sure. They will fix it at 200 miles but, not 1500? What a crock.

If they don't fix mine, I will try other resources like CJ but, in the end if not repaired, I will hire an attorney and try to file some type of class action agains them.

Thanks purplecat, my sentiments exactly. I emailed Teri and think that might be our best move as we are about 20 miles apart and we both are dealing with the same female district rep. (I haven't heard back yet)
