StrAAAaange, Candy red was a dismal 8th place in last week's poll. So far this week it's the best: LOWEST "least-liked". IDEAS FOR FUTURE POLLS (some are plagiarized): - "Excluding yellow, what is your favorite color". --GRROWL |

This is the first poll I remember not responding to. I have nothing bad to say about this car in any color. I really do love them all! The last poll was much more positive IMO. Gordon |

Gordo: I agree — and not just because I own an Inca Gold. The way I look at it, more than half of all respondants prefer Inca Gold to at least one other color (lol). Kevin ------------------ |

I LOVED the most recent poll. Very Interesting and NOT negative at all (just da fax ) "Excluding yellow, what is your favorite color". --GRROWL Hey Growl...I would love to see the results of your suggestion.. Who said I disagree? "Prowlers are like supermodels - the rating scale isn't 1 to 10, it's 9.9 to 10.0" Now, let's decide between Cindy and Christy. (Then again, have you seen the "10 worst-dressed list?). -GRROWL P.S. - this wasn't a poll - it was POSSIBILITIES for a poll. Also, mathematically speaking, an every-to-every comparison would narrow the range and not make any one color look so far superior or inferior - I'm TRYING to be POSITIVE here. |

I personally felt it was a negative question poll, JMO. It created no positives for me and feel we could have done without it. No matter what color we own, we are all here together, as ONE. |

This weeks poll was never meant to be negative or mean spirited. After we started last weeks poll, and since yellow got an overwhelming response, I got two different emails suggesting the current poll. At the time it seemed like an interesting way to really get a quantified answer to the ever argued question on which color is most popular. Again, I would like to offer my apology to anyone that became offended by this weeks poll. Each and every Prowler color is very special to me, but we all know that High Voltage Blue is the best color! LOL ------------------ |

Society, in general, is getting WAY to soft. Everyone has got very sensative feelings now that get hurt if you just look in their direction. Schools are now not keeping scores of some athletic events so as not to HURT the feelings of the other team. (they are all winners!) Yeah right, only one side was MORE OF A WINNER Now schools bring in councelors and phyciatrists for anything and any kid that even scuffs a knee. When exactly did we become a nation of wussies? So what if Gold is the least liked color or Yellow is the best. That just means more people would prefer yellow over gold. Those that bought the gold did so cause THEY liked it and isn't that enough?? If Billy finds out that gold was the least liked color is he going to kill himself or wreck the car? NO! Will he need councelors to help cope? NO! Someday, if I could be like Mike, I'd have one of every color Prowler in my garage........every color except gold that is ------------------ Driving a car is just transportation, |

As this weeks poll was my suggestion, I can guarantee you it was not to be negative. Any color of Prowler is still a Prowler and is an outstanding vehicle. The goal was to see if some colors are "love em" or "hate em" colors or if some colors are just neutral. From the poll results of the last two weeks, I would suggest that a few colors fall into the neutral catergory (i.e Black - not too many dislike but it is not the favourite of a lot even though it has sold the most). I have to be honest, I thought yellow would show up with more votes this week. While I like the color, there are a lot of people who would not drive a yellow car - but since gold is a derivative of yellow, we will add the two together In the end, who wouldn't want one of each color - Mike has the right idea. CJ - very interested to find out your poll idea. We could go back to a older poll which was which color would you like to see produced. I think Candy Red was the hands down winner and was produced - we won't have the same luck next time. How about old Mopar colors - Lime Green, Turquoise, Orange. ------------------ |

The wording was "which one is your least favorite". Not which one do you dislike the most. I have some iteme in my diecast collection that are least favorite and some that are most favorite. But I still want them all and would not want to part with any. I did not suggest the poll, but I think the way it was worded was to avoid offending anyone. I thought the poll was odd, Because there are colors I do not care for but there isn't one I would not have. I own a yellow car but I think the orange is my favorite. I think they missed the mark on most colors. That is My Personal Opinion. BUT ALL THE CARS LOOK GREAT IN THE SUN Lighting has so much to do with color. Artifical light does not help most of the Prowler colors. They used marketing research to pick paints, WHAT A MISTAKE, They should have used the offical prowler poll conducted by, US, current Prowler owners or they should have went to the Hot Rod car shows and seen what was on the cars there. Had they done that they would have had more brillant colors. To pick least favorite, I didn't, the more I see all the colors the more I like them. Look at the 11 cars lined up at Church Hill Downs and pick one you wouldn't want to drive Purple, they got it right But these are JUST MY PERSONAL OPINIONS There is not one that I wouldn't own if I could have one of each, I like some more than others but they are all gorgeous I have always wanted a `61~`62 Corvette. I always have said it didn't matter what color it was just I wanted one, well I finally seen one I would not own, it was MINT GREEN with matching interior, Now, at least they didn't do that to it ------------------ This message has been edited by WildCat on 08-08-2002 at 05:02 PM |

I agree totally Larry... Prowler's are wonderful ( I want MORE) but DC made major booboo's in the color selection process. The weird thing, they put GREAT color's on many PT's! Just went brain dead when the painted Prowlers... strange. ------------------ |

All I can say on Prowler color is that I bought my wife a 2000 Silver because the car is unique. I would not have bought another if Chrysler had not made the Candy Red. 1MOR TOY |
