My wife Lynn is on Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas this week, researching the ship and facilities, and making special arrangements for our Prowlin the Caribbean adventure in February. Together we have been on over 40 ships, but wanted a first hand look at the Explorer. And what a beauty she is. Lynn called me from her room and said she's not coming home --- she loves the ship so much! More details later! And since I've never experienced a Prowler event before, I took the opportunity to do some research too, and attended the Schulenburg Festival Parade. Got to meet Fred, Pauley, Wayne and many more of the gang --- in fact, the "First Place" gang. And what a bunch of beautiful Cats! I can see why Jay is always bragging on his POA "family." It's already a pleasure being associated with such a class act! Wayne even let me ride in the parade in his yellow beauty... and I got to sit up front and not in the trailer! And what a treat it was seeing all the kids waving, smiling, with eyes wide open, dreaming "one day I want one of those." I'm still dreaming myself. Ben |
