I would like to personally invite all Prowler owners to attend the first event/gathering of the 2002 season for the New England Prowler Club. We will go on a site seeing cruise through the streets of Newport, Lunch at Brick Alley Pub, a narrated private group tour of the infamous Newport Mansions and dinner at the Newport Blues Cafe.

Please inform me if you are going to attend and how many are in your party. It looks like we are going to have great weather for this event. It will be an awesome sight to see all the different colored Prowlers and Vipers cruising together.

Schedule for the Day:

10:00 AM – Newport’s Wal-Mart parking lot that is located north of town (Just north of the traffic circle and across from the Naval Station) will be the gathering place for all the Prowlers that are coming in from the East, West and North.

10:20AM – A Caravan of Prowlers will depart from Wal-Mart’s parking lot for a site seeing cruise through the streets of Newport.

11:30AM – Lunch at Newport’s award-winning Brick Alley Pub and Restaurant http://www.brickalley.com/

2:00 PM – Depart from Brick Alley Pub and Restaurant.

2:30PM – Private narrated group tour of the Gilded Age Newport Mansions. The tour will include the infamous Breakers Mansion plus one additional mansion. (20 or more people we can get a group discount on the tour).

6:30 PM – Dinner (optional) at the Newport Blues Café.

Prizes will be given to the “furthest traveler”, “coolest mods”, "best paint job" and more.

If you have a set of 14 channel 2-way radios we will be using channel 10 to communicate between vehicles.
