Purple rules! Check out page 54 of the official Carlisle All-Chrysler Nationals guide book. Check out all the purple cars and do you by chance recognize the owners of one cool car in particular? LOL

Bill, Your car can only show one color - mine can color shift to ORANGE when it needs to - or a colorblind salesman spots it! LOL |

Hey, Bill.....How much did you have to pay them to put that pic in the magazine? (Wait, what am I saying? You wouldn't use your own money!). And thanks for all your able assistance while I was changing wheels. |

Dave, Anytime you need help just let me know. I will put forth just as much effort as last time to help you, buddy. As for the picture, I didn't know anything about it. Lucy spotted after we got home while she was looking through the goody bag. Cool huh? |

The purple Road Runner in the photo in the left lower corner of the first post belongs to Tim Dunn of Ottawa, Canada. His car was a feature in our "Great American Muscle Car" exhibit a year ago last winter at the Northeast Classic Car Museum in Norwich, NY. I was fortunate enough to run into Tim this afternoon in the Horticulture bldg. at the Franklin Club exhibit at the Syracuse Nationals car show at the NYS fairgrounds in Syracuse, NY. It was good to see Tim and his friends and to catch up on their lives since the last time we saw each other in person. I emailed this thread to Tim just a minute ago but if any of Tim's friends see this post, please tell Tim to jump on and read it...I'm sure he'll get a kick out of it! Mike |
