I remember my gauge being accurate when I first got my car but after a year it has become flakey. After a fill up it shows a little more then half full in no time. 3 gallons puts it back up to full again. I guess experience will be the clue to knowing when to get gas.

Just bought my Prowler last month and have had it up at the dealership three different times for the gas gauge. They replaced different parts each time I went up there and its still off. I don't feel its worth the headache anymore, so I just set the trip and fill it up after about 150.

The best gas gauge on a Prowler is the trip odometer.

My gauge has always been a lttle flakey but running out of gas at 1/4 tank is ridiculous.
