Though I read a while back a post about this problem however my search didn't come up with anything. I left a piece of yellow paper on my front seat and when I was washing the car a few drops of water dripped through the window onto the paper. Now I have yellow stain on the seat that won't come off! HELP

Al I have used hairspray to remove ink stains from shirts and pants. I don't know if the dye from the yellow paper reacts the same as pen ink or how it might work on the leather. If you try it, I'd suggest doing a test on the back of the seat or somewhere out of sight first. Better yet, some one else probably will have a better solution for you.

At least next time you try to autograph your own clothes, you know hairspray will help remove it!

Marty, it worked. Stain gone, wife stuck in seat! Wife said, (it smells like a beauty salon in here. Who's been in your car?) Imagine her reply when I just smilled.

OK New problem. Getting wife to believe me!

Al - trust me, you do NOT want my help with your new problem. I have two ex-wives to prove it!

Glad the stain is gone though.
