Rebecca & I wanted to say it was great meeting Rich & Linda Ware at the Creepers Car Club Show in Marietta, Georgia on Saturday. We arrived with 8 hours of road grime on our KAT and couldn't locate a self service car wash so we just bought a bottle of water at a convenience store and headed for the Cobb County Fair Grounds. Rich greeted us at the gate and directed us to a spot he saved next to their car. It was great spending some time with other POA people. Rich has a fantastic collection of articles, stories, and photos of the Prowler he has organized in a binder larger than a complete set of Service Manuals!! The photo he has posted of his painted radiator brace with Shimmers logos doesn't do it justice. It REALLY looks good!! We spent time viewing over 500 cars entered in the car show and to top off the day, Rich called (Rebecca & I had to leave to return to her Aunt & Uncle's home in Tennessee before the awards) and informed us our car won "BEST IN CLASS" That's our first award. This is great!! Of course it means the Ware's probably won't invite us back. And to think Rich even helped me polish my Borla exhaust tips!! Thanks Rich & Linda for a wonderful day. We look forward to seeing you all in Louisville in May. Don't forget to bring our plaque with you then!! Marty, we really enjoyed having you join us for the day. I am really glad your Prowler got picked. The Rodder guys really like your round headlights. You know that custom PT Panel with the $8,000 custom color illusion paint. He didn't win anything. That has to make you feel really good. We are looking forward to seeing you in May in Louisville along with everyone else. I will post a picture of your award plague. If you come next year you can't wash your car. OK  ------------------
