WOW Larry what a great job!!! Not positive of the count, but I think it was 54 Prowlers. People from California, Nevada, Texas, and Arizona, I hope I did not leave anyone out. Sorry if I did. SuperDan, BatCliff, and Catwoman all in one room. All walked away without a scratch. What a tremendous job putting it all together. It was great to see all of you again and a pleasure to meet the rest for the first time. Can't wait to do it again. Dawn ------------------ |

How many cats were stock, or appeared to be stock? I am not counting brake pads, sunvisors & mud flaps as modifications. No bumpers, painted bumpers, different exhasut, graphics etc do count. ------------------ |

All you praying people out there in prowler country... Pray for a save journey and traveling mercies for SuperDan. Much appreciated!! Dan will have some great shots!!!!! But you know... I don't think anyone got a picture of him and George Carter tearing up that parking lot at the end of the day!! WOW did Dan leave a long burn mark JD - we were sorry to hear about your car and hope you get it back together soon so you can have some fun with us too Ed - My son and I tried to count how many were stock for you but we lost track. With all the people and talking and LOTS of kats, it was nonstop fun - I think I personally counted about 8 that were stock (taking into account the stuff on your list). I know there were more because there were more kats on the other side of the building we never got to. Dan - drive safe and keep it reasonable..... we don't want to hear any stories of blue lights!!!! I am sure your heart was beating when that motor officer was pulling over that porsche in front of us coming home LOL. The officer was talking to me while we were stopped at the light and he is a big fan of the prowler... bet that porsche guy wished he had a kat!!!! All those kats and the porsche ended up Todd - Darn - I will get something on JimS one of these days ------------------ This message has been edited by CWatsonJr on 03-10-2002 at 03:09 PM |

Hello Prowler People! What a great day! I really enjoyed seeing everyones Prowlers and meeting all of their owners. It was interesting to see how everyone put a little bit of their personality in each car. Every Prowler was a little different from the next. Thank you Larry and all his helpers for such a fun event. I'm looking forward to the next one. Take care RON LINGO Woodward Edition #20 |

Cliff, that surprises me that there were that many still basically stock, especially in CA. I wish we could have been there but that is a little too far for a one day event, especially this time of year. I can't wait to see pictures. Sorry I missed it but sounds like everyone had a great time. ------------------ |

...so we had about 57 Kats there, and I do not recall seeing a single one with a front license plate, even though they are required in CA. Come to think of it, I do not recall ever seeing a Kat with a front license plate. ------------------ -2001 Mulholland |

I saw at least 2 with front license. Maybe a third, don't quite remember. There was one with chrome chains framing the license that was in front of the left bumper. Another one was actually hanging below the front left bumper. Had a great time and glad I got to meet so many nice people. Amazingly I wasn't the youngest there. I think the kid with his leg behind his head had me by a few years =) Oh and my Cat is completely stock. Although I'm not sure how long I can hold out. Extended warranty or not. Anyone have any problems with the Gears and warranty work? I'd at least like to get some gears maybe. Then maybe a supercharger. =D |
