Here is a report of my day driving my KUL-KAR from Louisville to Nashville for a meeting and back:

386 miles; 22.7 MPG (drove slow); mostly sunny low 60's in morning, upper 60's afternoon; top down; sunburn forehead; 4 honks from 18 wheelers, 2 still photos while driving on Interstate (one lady even had me give her for her photo, 1 video, at least eight noses pressed against the windows of a school bus on a field trip, 2 fists pumped out the windows of cars I passed or passed me, countless thumbs up and head turns, and almost endless conversations at gas stations and rest stop!!!

Gawd, I love this car, especially in great weather.

I'm glad someone east of the Mississippi had fun driving their kat on a great day like today Marty. I'm way jealous of all you Western and Southern kat owners who get more good driving days than those of us up North. Maybe I'll get around to moving some day and quit complaining...Not!

I'll get mine out the first of next month. I can't wait!

Glad you could have a good time, Marty! Does one ever get tired of the response from the public? With the mods on your kcat, you gave them a very special 'show'!

Enjoy the weather, folks. A big storm passed over today, headed east, and I'm sure it's going to drop it's nasty load somewhere back there.

Yeah Marty, your car would turn heads even in a line of Prowlers! Today I left campus after a meeting to take my car to my friends shop for the ceramic pad install. I drove him back to campus to drop me off. I've not told people at work that I got a new car... A woman I was in the morning meeting with happened to be pulling out of the parking lot as I was turning in. She didn't just roll her window down, she opened her drivers door to look back at me and yelled "What kind of car is that?!?!" I replied "Chrysler" and just smiled. I'm waiting for her to show up in my office wanting more info...
