I think DC should raffle off the electric blue Prowler with tickets costing over $200. That way, according to this weeks poll results, I would have a 1 in 11 chance of winning. Thats seems like pretty good odds. Now the charity wouldn't far so well, but if I won, I could cough up some more cash for them.

No word yet on process. Maybe they are waiting so that they can auction it off as a 2003 model - the only one!

Let me see, If I figure this right 1 out of 11 means 11 tickets at Two Hundred dollers each, Don't think so, I'd buy all 11, HE HE, I WIN!
