I wanted to let everyone know that I finally got my Kat back, if you remember...she became Ill before the holidays. Too many things wrong to list here, but Neal Norton(prowler tech) and Bill Marlow(Service rep)(sorry Bill if thats the wrong title)took the best care of me, I have ever experinced!!! These guys deserve a huge round of applause. If you live anywhere near DFW....it is worth your while to get to know these guy's. I live about 2 hours from the Midpark dealership....and the experience and quality of service was worth every mile. Oh...buy the way, I think Neal is getting pretty good at pulling motors!!!! Anyway how about a big thumbs up from all the DFW members that have experienced such good service from these guy's.

I have to admit, Neal and Bill are awesome! I asked them to look over my cat when I had it there to get a trailer hitch put on it and fix the roof leak. Not only does the roof NOT leak anymore, Huffines Plano tried 3 times and failed, but Neal fixed some other things that needed taken care of while it was in their care. Thanks Bill and Neal for bein' so great! I'll be orderin' that trailer soon!
