There is a $45,000 hole in my retirement savings, but I wouldn't trade it or the friendships I've made for anything else.

Topcat, I think one of the biggest changes you will see in Southern California is that people in the parking lots are a lot nicer. People of all ages smile and want to ask about the cars. Now, even running mundane errands is a pleasure, if I can take the Kat. Dawn ------------------ |

I have Dan Pena trying to snuff out my number It's getting cold in the kitchen Dan... you coming back in now ------------------ |

I have met a lot of VERY nice people !!! the car is a magnet for conversation EVERYWHERE it stops for a few minutes... I am constantly amazed at how many people have never seen one or even know what it is...it ranks right up there with the first bicycle, the first car, my first Corvette(White 1962),my first HEMI car(HEMI Challenger RT/SE), my first Viper etc etc...the only cars I've ever owned that got as much attention were 1969 Dodge Daytonas and 1970 Plymouth Superbirds....they are also traffic stoppers....almost all reactions to the Prowler are positive and they seem to make everyone smile for a few minutes...last week a friends 7 year old girl just freaked out when she saw the car, took her a ride and I have never seen a happier child in my life...I take anyone a ride that wants and I let lots of people drive my Prowler, figure it is a thrill they will have to tell their grandkids...drive em as often as you can and have fun !!! ------------------ |

The Prowler changed my life because I met SO MANY great people and owners. I miss all my Florida buddies and the New England owners have made me feel welcomed. I also met so many great people in Detriot and look forward to meeting others in the future. Thanks for the memories! ------------------ |

Like Alleycat we spent 45K of retirement to get our black and we are way ahead of the mutual fund we sold to buy it. (It tanked 6 mo. later) Buying the Cat was the best choice we every made. ------------------ |
