Rich, glad you got it...your flamed purple was just a shinin on Woodward, only outdone by your smile. I do believe you had a great time as we all did. Good news...we are a week closer to Woodward 2002! Bill sorry we couldn't hook up on your Port Huron trip! Soon sounds good! ------------------ This message has been edited by MIKE GATLIN on 09-17-2001 at 07:11 PM |

Mike, the Crazy Horse video was just awesome, and anyone out there even if you didn't make the tour it is a turn on. Like Donna said it brought back all the fun we had and more. Mike, we want the Woodward video. Is it the same price? ------------------ |

Glad you like it Al, and you bet it was a great time as the events always are. With this new found information why don't you pencil in the third weekend in August for Woodward 2002? ------------------ |

Watched the Woodward Video again tonight. I may need another copy because I am going to wear this one out. I especially like the segment to The Boss singing born to run. How in the world did you match the words in the music to action in the Video. For instance the mirror shot with Dan looking into it at the same time the song mentions looking in the mirror? Similar occurences throughout the video. Mike I hope we can make Boulder and that you and Karen do as well and make another video. ------------------ |

Rich, everytime I watch Woodward, the Springsteen segment reminds me of an old Marlon Brando flick, looks like we own the earth. Hopefully you can watch it dozens of times and pick up something new each time. Look for a moment with Nyle sneaking up on another car while leaving some rubber on Woodward...his drivers side mirror can't begin to hold his wheel to wheel grin! Glad you are enjoying it and we sure hope to have Colorado on the calendar with camera in hand! I would be curious to know what other nuances people see...there are many...and btw to answer a popular question...that is GPS John's digital zoom in on Marilyn at the Black T...he does have an eye for beauty. John, Paul R and David N had a great little zoom contest going with their cameras. ------------------ |

Mike, I'd picked up on the Dan P in the mirror shot. Also liked the hood closing on the ending note of the song. Lots of other things. Every time you watch, you can pick up more.

CJ I don't know about being a celebrity. We were just having a really good time. Have I said that before? I picked up on the hood opening in the Hell Mi parking lot also. Allot of attention to detail went into producing this video. ------------------ |

Mike Recieved my Crazy Horse video today. Nice Job! What's with the cameraman calling John Davies and I the Smash Brothers? Particularly liked seeing my lonely cat on the showroom floor with close ups of the Prowler Pro side marker. NOT. Wish it could have been taped on the road. Nice job. ------------------ This message has been edited by Marc/Colo/99 on 09-19-2001 at 06:35 PM |

Hey Marc, that is what the next trip is for...catching you on the road. The dealer at Liberty Chrysler must of had a hard time telling people that they couldn't get a car like the one they were looking at! Your car did look peaceful but not lonely. Marty, if you can ever get past our awesome Prowler spectacle there are some other pretty cool cars in there to! ------------------ |

Mike - I agree on the other cool cars on Woodward. Loved seeing the "Woody" in the video. Also, the scenes where the camera is still and the cars all drive by is one of my favorite. I was a GM muscle car guy in the late 60's and 70's - particularly the mid size ones: Chevelle SS, GTO, 442, etc. It was fun seeing them in person and nice to see some again in the video. Still - the Prowler scenes are awesome!!! Happy Prowling Marty ------------------ |
