25Ft Roll of door edge molding purchased from Pep Boys. Got the idea from many others. Put it off for a long time now I don't know why. Cost under $9 took about 45 minutes. Looks just as good in person as in the photographs. Excellent grille solution if on a tight budget. ------------------ |

Rich, your car looks "Rich". I like the look, a lot. I have never paid attention to the amber lights in the rear bumper. I don't know if they light up or are they just reflectors. If they light up, doesn't that cause a problem for drivers behind you? You need to get some of the purple ovals with the cat cutouts to cover the side marker lights. Unfortunately I haven't found any vinyl that matches the purple, yet. I especially like your pinstriping flames. Is that cut from one piece of vinyl, hand painted, or hand made with pinstripping? The overall look is really nice. |

Thanks all for the compliments. Cnote, I have had more comments about how much the bumpers being painted changed the appearance than anything else. The pin stripes are kind of like the car, a love or hate thing. Ed ------------------ |

quote: Thanks Rich for advertisting the AlleyCat Grille Treatment System. You may not be aware, but I have the U.S. Patent rights on that treatment, and there is a one-time $10 fee for all who use it. I will be collecting yours and Marty's at Woodward - cash or money order will be fine. ------------------

Hey Alley Cat, I thought your fee was far the $16 Chrome Grill and wouldn't apply to the much cheaper $9 Chrome grill that I have. Maybe my lawyer will have to negoiate a settlement with you an a prorated amount?!? Happy Prowling Marty ------------------ |

Marty - Originally, the cost of rolls of moulding sold for as high as $25 per roll (depending on your location). Since the ALLEY CAT CHROME GRILLE TREATMENT SYSTEM has created such a high volume of mouldings being sold and competition between the auto parts stores, prices have been falling at a great pace. It makes no diff what you pay for the roll, its the $10 per Prowler fee that stands out above all! If you wish to hassle over $10, please have your "limp mode" lawyer call mine, the honorable Al Bendover, who has NEVER lost a case. His phone # are: See ya Woodward - Bring the money! ------------------

Jay, I am anxious to see the custom made Cracked Ice license frame in real life. Thanks for all your efforts. Wish we had more time to together while you were here. We will have to make up for it at Woodward. I will be working on the Yeller Cat Toon as soon as I install and learn the new program. ------------------ |

Cnote, I have not made up my mind on changing to the chrome wheels yet. If I do I will contact you first. I will probably make a decision after Woodward. I have seen Purple Cats with chrome wheels but need to refresh my memory. The other thing I am worried about is all the problems people are having with the chrome. Since my Cat did not come with them, if I had a problem they would possibly not be covered under warranty. (I have an extended warranty) ------------------ |
