While in Ft. Lauderdale yesterday, I made it a point to stop by and visit our friend Jay Harris to sit and chat for a while. As Jay always says, "you meet the nicest people driving a Prowler."
Anyway, we had a great visit. As a bonus, I was able to obtain the first set of production Shimmers that include the door trim pieces, air vent pieces, 4 center wheel pieces and a steering wheel piece. I got Blueberry Thrill to match the radio bezel that Jay installed for me in March at the Texas Speed Weekend. I'll post Pics after I put them on when I get back to Texas. For the rest of you going to Woodward next week, Jay is bringing everything that he can fit in his suitcase. Take advantage of this opportunity to purchase sets there and having the "Genius at Work" install them. The pieces look fabulous, the new Cotton Candy color is outstanding and your Kats will forever enjoy displaying Jay's newest labor of love creations.
As for me..thanks Jay for taking the time to show me around your place and give me the opportunity to have the First Set.
Can't wait to see everyone's pics after this next event.
