As promised, I spoke with my agency contact early this morning. She was distressed to hear that conflicting information is being given out regarding the party and the invitations. She will be speaking with the 800# operators and manager to make sure that the correct information is being relayed to callers. As I stated in my other post, a special exception was being made for all the Prowler owners with regard to the 350 mile radius requirement. All Prowler owners have been sent invitations. She will be faxing to me today, the internal corporate memos with all information we will need. When I receive it, I will post it on the board. In the meantime: 1. An exception is being made and all Prowler owners will receive invitations regardless of residence location. The 350 mile radius is being waived. My contact will make this clear to the 800# folks. 2. Tickets are $35 each 3. A discount of $25 each is being offered to all Prowler and PT owners who participate in a cruise that DC is organizing to cruise to the Black-T Party. The cruise will start at 13 and Woodward and end at the Walter P. Chrysler Museum at the Chrysler Headquarters and site of the party. By participating in this cruise (which we plan on having everyone do) the cost of your tickets will be $10 each. Ticket limit at this price is two (2). 3. You do need to register before the July 21 date for the discount. However, my contact will check on late registrations based on receipt of the invitation. More on that later. 3. Additional party tickets will be $35 each. 4. As it indicates, the cost of the tickets after July 21 will be $45. However, participation in the cruise will still give you the $25 discount. The cost of the tickets would then be $20. Again, my contact will be clarifying the late registrations and costs based on late arrival of invitations. As soon as she gets back to me, I will post any change in information. Bottom line: Do not worry. We will make sure everyone gets an invitation and entrance to the party. Nice to get some info now on it. What is the 800# you are referring to? Is this what i have to call to get info and register? Ill just wait to see what you can come up with as long as it it b4 the 21st so i dont have to pay more  ------------------ Amsoil Engine and Tranny Fluid |
