I didn't really notice until I looked at the picture but Kitty has Blue eyes! Now that's Kool! I wasn't really sure about doing it, been putting it off for awhile now but it sure ties in the headlight assemblies. Finally get to meet you at our August 11th Event, see you then. ------------------ |

I did mine a few weeks ago too. I can't believe something so inexpensive can look so good. Looks like you used the wider stuff. ------------------ |

Alley Cat, I went to a cruise-in Friday evening. Before I could get parked a guy ran up next to me and asked if he could ask me a question. I was still trying to back into a parking spot. He wanted to know how I painted the bumpers since he had a friend that had a Prowler and he kept telling the owner to paint the bumpers. I gave him the story, told him about POA and said how do you like the grill. He said, "I didn't even notice it". I couldn't find my gun before he got away. He liked it but he was so taken by the RED BUMPERS that he didn't even notice the grill. |

Ed - maybe I should help you with the U.S. Patent rights on painting the Prowler bumpers? I would think $25 fee per Prowler on the MONAHAN PROWLER PAINTED BUMPER TREATMENT, would be a fair amount to collect. My minimum fee of $2.75 per car, subtracted from your collected fees, would help offset the interest you still owe me on the 29cents outstanding bill i'm holding for you. ------------------ |

Larry, I just re-did the SalzmanTM grill treatment this weekend. Is the $10 Alley Cat Fee a one-time fee or is a multi-usage fee? If not a multi-usage fee, do you offer discounts for previous installs? ------------------ • MTD Exhaust With Custom Flowmatched H-Pipe Coming Soon: |

Alley Kat, if your fee applies it is worth every penny. Thanks for sharing the grill treatment.. As for the painted bumper treatment. we'll have to talk since I had them done 6/99, did you have that done already by then??? Rich, Actually I used a thinner one than the 5/16ths I had read about someone using. This is the clip on moulding and it has a glue in the center of the slot. This way it only sticks to the outer edge and comes off easy if you change your mind later. Kat 2K, no the bulbs I used are the Zenon Plasma bulbs I got for a total of $62.00, shipping included. I still can't get over how the "white" light lites up the road. My wife was the one that noticed that the "eyes" were blue first. butchee, thanks for the note and observation. I've also noticed that observers seem to noticed everything but the latest change you've done??? ------------------ |

MadMickey, Here is the link to Pro Street Lighting where I bought them. Once there go to "Catalog" and then Xenon Bulbs. I bought the 9005, two sets at $28.95 per set. John, you know yours looks good, I know it looks good but this was the way to go for me... We're both getting there, just different ways.. Alleycat, the wife said that if I saved $400.00 then that means I have $400.00 to add to something else!!! God, I love that women!

Paul - The $9 chrome grille treatment. Go to nearby auto parts store and buy 25 ft. roll of dooredge molding (3M type sticky on inside). Clean grille, start at bottom, and cut molding alittle long, heat with blow dryer to make more flexible, attach to grille vanes, and trim. This is the Alley Cat Chrome Grille Treatment System you have been reading about. Above picture of JD's real chrome grille is a super nice addition, but if you don't have the $400 plus bucks to lay out, this easy to do treatment will add the chrome accent to your painted grille. Give it a try, cost between $10 to $20 bucks, if you like it, mail me the $10 fee for its use!!! U.S. Patent Rights and TRADEMARK, by the AlleyCat............. ------------------ |

Thanks for the explaination. . .lol. . .I think I would screw it up and it wouldn't look right. . .I am probably better off leaving it along the way it is. |
