I can't even remember who I sent my check to, and then I recall reading a post saying that the checks will not be cashed until the lights are shipped..and to date, my check has been cashed and no lights...anyone else have the same situation as me?

Leon,

That was me! All orders were either shipped or money refunded. The manufacturer discontinued the product and not all orders could be filled. I will check my records at the office tomorrow and give you an update on what happened to yours. As I recall, yours were shipped UPS but I will have to verify and let you know.
