May Prowler sales were 93 Plymouth Prowlers & 117 Chrysler Prowlers. This is the highest Chry month to date. month ... Ply ... Chry ... Total .. VIpers sales in May were 167 (2nd highest month since jan 98). PT Cruiser 10323. The cruiser #s are slipping a little. May be more going to International (since these are US sales)... ------------------ |

I've noticed that the local dealers at starting to have appox. six to ten PTs on lot to choose from. This tells me that in the next six months, prices will finally fall from way above MSRP to a hundred or two above dealer invoice. They will continue to sell at a very hot pace, because of the demand for city cruiser and old retro look. Aftermarket items are really starting to take off, as well as pinstriping and flaming outlets. DC's decision on the 4 cyl. motor may now prove to be a big plus because of gas prices.
