I would think any competent stereo guy could install anything you want: speakers, amps, head unit etc. for a range of prices. What you want to spend would be the deciding factor. The only unfortunate is that DC uses a 1.5DIN sized radio where most head units are1DIN in size (some 2DIN). Some manufacturers make specific 1.5DIN units for cleaner aftermarket installs in DC cars (I know Pioneer has 2 models). A 1DIN unit can be installed with a trim plate around it to fill in the gaps. I think the system in the Prowler is just fine for everyday use and really does not need to be changed unless you are looking for something different: super bass, indash CD, in dash video (this is what I'll be doing) etc. Again, if you are willing to spend, you can get whatever you want!

My stereo guy is comming over today. I will let you know what he suggests. He has done many custom installs on my other cars. I am not going to replace the head unit, I will probably just upgrade the amp and speakers. You can look in the "garage" and see what another kat owner did, it looks like he did a really nice upgrade.
