Tried to buy a touch up paint kit for my new Mulholland. No such animal. Won't be available for 6 more months! Apparently someone's idea of saving money. Only these guys could believe that cutting back on extras for what is arguably one of the most expensive vehicles they produce, is the right place to save a buck. |

I think the new blue is actually an old color brought back for the Prowler with a new name. I will check and post the details tomorrow |

Don't understand what you are looking for...is it a spray can ???...Every Kat I have owned, my local dealer mixes me a 2oz bottle of touch up paint...they give them to me...I rarely have ever used any of them...it comes in a small plastic bottle and has a brush inside it similar to fingernail polish....check with your dealer and see if they can mix you one...takes them about 5 minutes ------------------ |

These are small tubes, with a brush connected to the cap. All cars have them, including those made by Chrysler. I did not want to bother the local dealer, who would have to mix a can (bought the car from another dealer in Indiana, in fact). I can only assume that some teutonic mind at D/C has included this in their list of cost saving items. If this were for a Neon, it might make sense, but I would think that in the case of Prowlers, you have a vehicle which brings in customers who don't normally shop for Chrysler products. As a marketing person, I find it curious that the company would not lean over backwards to support marquee products. I own a number of cars, and have never seen anything like this. I can live without the paint. That's not the real issue. I'm just disappointed by what looks like backsliding with regard to supporting the kinds of innovative products that revitalized Chrysler. |

please do not use patriot blue, it is a different color. closest to it is sapphire blue in the sebring, notice I said closest to it. PB9 is the paint code you can goto a automotive paint store and get some there if its needed now in a bad way, if not I would suggest waiting. ------------------ |

My mistake. PB9 is also the code for 85 to 87 Plymouth blue but it is a different color. They just used the same code number for a different blue. |

Don't try using Patriot Blue. It is not the same color. Have a Patriot Blue Cruiser and my Silver Prowler is now two-toned in the new Prowler Midnight Blue. They are NOT the same color. I also have tried to get both the small spray can and the touch up in the bottle for the Blue from different dealers. It is just not available yet. Went through the same thing when I first got the car with the Silver. It will come eventually. ------------------ |

Thanks for the advice. I have a Patriot Blue Cruiser (for which a touch up kit was immediately available), and am aware the color is different. I also know that paint was first used on Chrysler Vans. I love my new Kat, bit I still think its low rent not to support the vehicle. |
