Are the Mopar trailer hitches bolted on the frame or welded? I know the frame is aluminum so I am presuming it is bolted. How much are they approx? Thanks for the help.

Ed, they're bolted on. If you're looking for one, send me a private email. I can help you on this topic.

David, thanks but I am contemplating pulling a small trailer with the motorcycle on it. We can carry most of our clothes in the bike plus we have the bike to ride. If it just bolts on it should be a lot easier to find an alternative hitch. This just came up this evening so I haven't had time to check anything out. Thanks again.

Paul, I will send you an email. Thanks.

Ed

1000lbs is the rating on the hitch, if it is 100lbs over, I won't worry about it.
