YES!!! Got a Black Tie (#35) on the way now... Supposed to sign the papers today (if they got em to Fed Ex in time).... I love you guys... I would not have this or my orange without this board *Does the happy three Prowler dance***. Any of you Black Tie owners want to clue me in on just what I am supposed to look for that makes this a Black Tie (not counting paint of course), like where it is numbers etc? ------------------ |

Trunk lid for number, in the pinstripe, did Sean give you a good deal? ------------------ |

$46500... and an extended warrenty of 7 years, 100K miles with 0 deductible for $2348. Not quite as good a price on the warrenty as a couple of other dealers ( I got a quote for $2240 from one of the recommended ones), but for a $100, I got it financed with the same deal, 0 down too. They are trying to get me the same deal in the financing on a second warrenty for the Orange. John King ( Posey Griers man) forgot to put a warrenty into their sales package on the Orange. I hope Sean's mechanic's take better care of the Black Tie, the Orange had a few serious little problem's that I am surprised it got out of DC with, and has been in the shop all week and still not done! ------------------ |

Congrats from Black-Tie #005. Only place you'll see the number is trunk lid in center of pinstrip. Which begs the question, if someone rearends one of these or a Woodward would they send Dr. Ru out to touch it up? ------------------ |

Funny how the dealer's have been like that... we gotta have so and so much etc and the cars are just sitting there. I expect a few good deals to start happening soon *wondering if'll be having a 4th soon* hehe... thanks guys! The Orange has (it's still in the shop a week later) this horrible squeeking noise at any speed in the dash area, a really hard to open and shut driver's door, and the heating/air conditioning vent's do not put out much air except for the far left areas. Stoopid little stuff really, but nothing I want to deal with. That's what warrenty's are for... I'd be really pissed though if this was my only car! ------------------ |

Todd, I don't know how much a $0 deductible would be, but I bought my 7 year/100,000 here in OKC for $1700. If interested, just shoot me an e-mail. You can cancel the one you have within 30 days without penalty. I found this out after I FIRST paid $2400 for the warranty with a $50 deduct. I saved $700. I had NO IDEA they ripped people soooooo bad on warranties. I even asked the guy how much he was making. He lied. Naughty sales people. ------------------ |

I appreciate your input (pun) on this subject, as this is your profession, and I'm sure you are good at what you do, but I'll take a pass on your suggestion. My girl and I will just have to suffer! As you make due with the little feet, so do I with the equipment I was delivered with. But if I do change my mind, I'll give you the business -Fair enough? Bummer about the orange's firewall ------------------ |
