I don't think so, but you have come to the right place to get an answer.

Welcome aboard, eh.

I thought a long time back someone suggested some type of plastic net or mat that butchers use. Anyone recall that?

Yes Ed someone came up with that idea and posted on the PPC board. However I don't remember who it was. It was at least 6 months ago.

Ed - you forgot who the animal surgeon was?

Bill and others who want one:
Go to your local grocery store meat department that has self service meats (wrapped in plastic on foam trays). Ring the bell and ask for the meat mgr. Politely ask if you can buy a four or five foot section of the red Vexar netting used under the packages in meat case. I'm sure he/she will probably cut you a piece of it for free, as it is relatively cheap. You now have enough netting to make two bug screens for Prowler. Measure cat radiator and cut netting to those dimensions, then drop in from top opening. After a year or two, the red netting may turn grey in color from heat, but that is normal. I cut this netting for bug screens on my other vehicles as well - works great.

Hey it took me 2 months to remember it was VTProwler, remember??? I have half not all zheimers. Another thing Larry, you misspelled "pest" before. You said Gary C was the King of p-sts and used an O instead of an E. Lighten up out there in blizzard land. Sunny and mid 20's here in the beautiful midwest.

Bill - I will talk to the Prowler Gods and see if they can bring an early spring and sunny days earlier to Canada.

OR

You can bring cat to Arizona, and cruise 345 days a year. 72 degrees today, and will take topless kitty out for a spin.

Good luck with screen. Other than horse flys and misquitos, I didn't think Canada had a flying bug problem.

Ed - you are right, I misspelled that word.

$1.29 gas and 20 degree weather, what else could you ask for.

Gary, no need to refill, I have been told I am already full (of it). I think somebody stole my password and is posting in my name, it could be my evil twin. I don't know why he doesn't show you any respect. You are one of my favorite Californians, and there are 27 million of you, so you are way up there. Signed, Goober, with red bumpers, with screens on them
