Actually, Todd, it was beautiful here in Michigan today. Cold (33 degree high) but clear blue sky and sunny. Would have been a great day for prowlin', but alas, she was already in hibernation. You win, SnoCat!! |

CJ, you say your Cat is in hibernation. Do you store it away from your home so you can't take it out for a quick spin on a nice winter day? Get the engine and brake fluid up to normal operating temperature. |

NightProwler - see my post of 12/3 titled Night Night Kitty for pictures on its hibernation! It is stored in my garage here at home. There is so much moisture here during the winter when it snows, that rust can occur just over one winter season. Because we use the garage every day and are opening and closing the doors, Bob feels that it is important to keep it as moisture free as possible. Hence the car bag. Snow blows in, other cars in the garage are wet and dripping snow (causing much moisture in the garage), etc. It really isn't worth the risk to me. You never know how the weather is going to be here, either. Since I have to live here, it's just how we deal with it. I miss driving it, of course, but it won't kill me......! |

Well, it was a balmy 10 degrees when I left for work this morning. Coming home the temperature soared to 35 degrees. I hate Winter...My Cat is also stored for the season. |

Been way to busy (lazy) to pack the cat away, and as a result was compelled to add 90 mi to the odometer last Saturday cruisin a half dozen small towns. Still burnin Flagstaff gas. Sunny 35 was good enough for me! ------------------ |

Mike - Get it stored, lake effect snow is coming, go over to Nyle's place and watch the Weather Channel with him. You will probably see Paul, David, Gary, etc. prowling the roads. Enjoy yourself, and take advantage of Nyle's furnace running full blast! ------------------ |
