Well, got to take the cat for one last prowl before hibernation!! Nice cool night, prowlin' around listening to Christmas songs and I turned over 4500 miles! Amazing how much pleasure a car can give you! Wouldn't trade her for any other car in the world!! |

It was GREAT here also. Turned 10K miles today. She is in the garage warm and cozy, with the odometer reading 10012. Like U CJ- I wouldn't trade her for any other car.

I must be driving my cat too much. You two have 99s, and my 2000 just turned 6,000 on sunday cruise. My weakness is 344 sunny, cruising days a year. I've got to slow down, but how can I? ------------------ |

You can stud the tires. Sissys, Nyle's donuts with sparks, great for late night donuts. |

It was 70 degrees yesterday, dry as a bone, I had the top down with no problem, and lovin' the Texas weather! Hopefully my kat won't know what hibernation is. ------------------ |

All of these people are lying. I came home thru all of those states and the HIGH was 35 and 8 inches of snow in Texas. I think that is just a rumor or urban legend out there that they keep alive to keep the rest of us wishing we lived in a warm climate. I played 18 holes of golf yesterday. It was only in the 40's however. But still not bad. I hope all you guys in Texas and Ariz. start telling the rest of these poor people the truth about your weather. lol |

Well, Ed, either they get it or they don't. There ARE some people in this world who have NO desire to live in a climate where it is warm all year round. We may have snow, but we don't have hurricanes or earthquakes!!! |

You could live in Colorado and have both. We get snow and a few days later the roads are clear and we can go cruising. Put 2000 miles on mine last winter (December to April) and only hit a few puddles. Matter of fact taking the car out the next couple of days. 55 degrees and that wonderful "mile high sun" that makes top down driving sooooooo nice. |

Marc/Colo/99 - I did live in Colorado - for almost 14 years!! Did not leave by choice. I miss it very much....home is where the heart is.....and that's where mine is..! And you're right. Colorado is pretty much the best of both worlds......but no more of that....I'm getting homesick again!!! |

CJ, No need to get homesick, daydreaming is one of the great pleasures in life so just enjoy your memories. I've lived here all my life and still daydream about people, places and days of sun, snow, rain, hail, tornadoes, the seasons changing etc.. Hope someday we can do a POA event here and everyone else can maybe experiance some Mile High wonders. |

Daydreaming is okay Marc but I would much rather be there. I miss the weather, the mountains, jeeping, my family, hiking, camping, etc. etc. etc. If there is a POA event, there......I will be there, I will help, anything.......just to be there!! P.S. We usually make it back there at least once a year. I have family in Longmont and Aurora (we lived in both cities) and now Cheyenne, also. Our best friends are natives of Estes Park. Since we are discussing geography again, do you know what it means when an infant in ******** drools out of both sides of their mouth at the same time? the trailer is level. (fill in your own state so I don't get all the flak) |
