channel 10 subchannel 0 This will be the channel we will run for the Event. Sorry I jumped in but we need to get together on this. The reason for subchannel '0' is some people have radios without subchannels. I hope this is OK with everyone. [This message has been edited by Gary C (edited 10-25-2000).] |

Mr. C - don't have time to reply.............out working bag, bar bells, and road work. CJ wants her top warrior in trimmed shape for the gladiator wars. Also, mountain motor goes in Hummer on monday! |

PhxSuncat, CJ's top warrior is a Rottweiller named Fluffy. Fluffy isn't too smart-just says "Woof." But you keep tryin'. I want to see you do 5 sets of 10 on the bench with 3 45 lb. Weider plates on each side of an Olympic bar. Then do some bent over rows, lateral raises for delts, tricep push downs (good form with elbows in, no cheating), wide grip reverse pull-ups (Arnold's favorite for lats), killer 21's for a little bicep pump, quad extensions, and the all important squat of 3 sets of 6 with 500 lbs. to make sure the power is there. Screw the abs. Have a few beers afterwards. Take some amminos with the beer-building block of protein. |

Crawler - That's what I thought, a Team Cleverley member who talks the talk, but can't walk, the walk. Don't feel bad, as Gary's ape buddy can only open beer cans and make POA posts (14,611 posts). Gary is trying to catch up with the ape, but it doesn't look good. Ape is too sharp! just kidding crawler CJ - do you think the ape chews gum like Bear?
