$5 and a local mechanic shop [rim shot].

Yup, looked at it for about 20 minutes and decided I didn't/couldn't get at those two bolts so I took it to a mechanic shop with a bazillion tools. They had it off in about 2 minutes.

In the Prowler shop manual it tells you to do the following:
1)open the hood (duh!)
2)remove the grill
3)remove the entire headlamp assembly
4)remove the entire front fascia
5)remove the engine (just kiddin' but, about the only thing it didn't tell you to remove)
6)then remove the bumper

I'm glad I didn't take it to the local Plymouth dealer as this would have been about 20 hours worth of work to remove all of those things to get at those 4 bolts.
