I am looking for an car cover that will be more of dust cover since I keep the Cat garaged. Obviously, I want something that will not scratch the hard enough to maintain black paint. Cover craft is recommending the Duststop cover. It feels soft enough. However, I was looking for something softer, maybe with flannel lining, but I understand that it might not work well when the top is up (leaves lint). I would appreciate your thoughts on what is best or what you are using. Any help would be appreciated. Thank - Manny |

Manny, what about an old blanket across the hood and trunk and then a cover over it so there is not lint from the soft cover getting on the roof. Buy one of those tape lint remover rollers, You just peel the old tape off. Cheap and easy to use. The top is pretty small in area. |

Manny, I got the Plymouth Prowler for my cat. It fits perfect, keeps the dust off, and is soft not to scratch the car. If you do get a cover make sure it is made out of a breathable material. If it is not breathable than condensation will occur. Debbie |

I have read other posts where a cover/blanket was placed over the top prior to covering. That may be an alternative. The actual Mopar Kat cover my be more than I need, since I don't plan on parking out doors any extended lengths of time. Lots to think about. Thanks for the input. |

Hi Manny. I've seen the Mopar Prowler cover & it is very nice & fits perfect. Actually, I use a flannel corvette cover (christmas present) and it works fine. I have a Noah cover for another car and it works fine. Although some of these covers say outside use, they are not waterproof. Your car will get wet. However, they are great protection from Sun, dust, tree sap or some other foreign objects. I keep mine covered in the garage. Mostly to keep dust free & little protection from bumping into cars as you get around the garage. And, when my wife cuts the grass she kicks up dust all over the place... |

I debated over spending the extra cash for the Mopar cover, but I do not regret it now. It is extremely well built (whoever did it) Matches perfect, Prowler embroiled logo, license plate clear area. I am not disappointed. 2 thumbs up! ------------------ |

HI Manny, I just picked up Prowler cover yesterday and have yet to put it on. The instructions do say in is water resistant and is not waterproof. Certainly is a softer material than many, and it is custom fit to the car. |

I have the factory Mopar Parts Prowler cover for the car & Trailer. You might not plan on parking it outside now, BUT when we are at woodward next year you might want to cover it at the hotel. My Mopar cover came with bag to store it in and will even hold the trailer cover too. My 2 cents, for my mopar cover ------------------ |
