Has anyone had the rubber strip that seals between the trunk lid and the top replaced?
It is the strip that is attached to the top (mine is not long enough, can see into the car from the outside on both ends)?
Was at the dealer on Saturday and he looked
to see if the strip is a separate item or if a whole new top has to be ordered???? He didn't see a description and part # for strip only. Thanks for your help!

Sometimes Larry Lord is to busy to read all the posts, he had his top replaced twice so amybe you could email him. Put Grand Canyon in the Subject box he will answer faster.

Hope this helps.

I know the strip you are talking about. Mine seemed a little short after I got the car. You can adjust it to fit correctly. You should not need to order a new one. Just pull gently on the weather stripping to lengthen it. I think they sometimes just get a little bunched up in the middle. It is stretchable.
