the chrome on my rear wheels on the inside is starting to flake in a few spots, so the dealership has new ones for me. can anyone tell me how the run flat sensor is attached to the rim. before the tire shop starts the switch job. Thank you . ------------------ |

Wildman Nyle The sensor is attached to the valve stem. It seems picture was posted in the last few weeks of one. It has been awhile since mine were dismounted but if you take to place that does custom wheels it should not be a problem. The sensor is about 1 1/2" x 4" and maybe 3/8" I think. I believe they said it was like what they use on the newer corvette's too. WildCat |
