Just a quick note to let everyone know that I picked up my car from the Dealer and it seems to be running cooler now. I haven't had the time to put it to a real test yet but it seems much better. My radiator was replaced last week and I picked up the car for a test drive with little change in the temps during my test drive. I took the car back and told them the results were not satisfactory and we needed to do some more work. I again picked up my car a couple of days ago and I was told by Kirk Irvine that John Shakarian did a complete flush and fill with some machine that they use. I think it was called a Mock, not sure but I have asked Kirk or John to come online and let us know exactly what was done. My car now seems to be running much cooler. I am now keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best. My car is going into the paint shop for a nose job while I'm in Detroit so I will not be driving it for a couple of weeks. I'll keep everyone informed about my cooling results as I get more miles on it. ------------------ |

Hat Killer, Oh I'm sure you'll figure out how to keep it from hitting your nose,,,,just a GIANT SWERVE like the last one and it will again be under your cats paw. Thanks for the warning, ------------------ |

It seems that many of the SoCal Cats have been running a little warm. Not uncontrollably hot but hotter than most would like. Sometimes when climbing hills or on days above 95 degrees, some have had to turn off our A/C to prevent them from overheating. Not a major problem for most but yes, an inconvenience for many. My car in particular ran about 1/8 higher than anyone else and it now seems to be better since Ontario JCP worked on it. If you do not have a dealer that services your car yet. I highly suggest the service department at Ontario JCP. Kirk Irvine is the Service Manager and John Shakarian is the Prowler Tech. Excellent and friendly , knowledgeable service. The phone number is 909-390-9898. Jesus Deleo is the Parts Manager and he will give any POA or PPC people a 15% discount on any parts or accessories that they need. ------------------ |
