My e-brake boot "broke" off and I need a replacement. The mounting tabs broke off from the plastic mounting bezel so it's not a easy fix. Can any one who has had this issue give me some tips? |

It is one of the small flaws mine has as well. I will try the 3m tape idea. I would be interested to know if this is an inherant issue so anyone else please chime in. Killian |

Mine "broke off" as well. The 3M tape sounds like a good solution. |

Use a few dabs of silicone gasket sealer It's Clean & neat, figure out away to hold it in place overnight, easily removed when needed. Worked for me toys |

I broke the tabs on mine when I removed it to change the leather to another color to match my custom interior. I endend up using the orignal boot as a template to make the new ones(actually changed colors a couple of times) and then used a silicone adhesive to attach to the console. |
