As Ed posted earlier, I am looking for a trailer hitch and am 99% sure I found the perfect answer. Tom Mills and I were talking about the trailer hitch he designed for his custom rear roll pan. http://www.prowleronline.com/tommills.html
He is confident that it will be a great fit with my stock rear pan. Tom is going to fit the stock installation in the next week or 2 and will know for sure. I am prepared to take his word for it. Now, if I can get him to design the harness to go with it....
Also will be looking for a trailer bra. Any input welcome.

Did the trip to California without a trailer convince Karen you need a TRAILER?

Larry, the trip to California went a long way in making the case especially since we will make that trip again.

Mike your going to love your trailer for those long trips. Just remember to keep the air pressure low in the trailer tires.( stop it from hopping around on you)

rhfarm, thanks for the information.
Jerry, I think you are right. Karen said I could get it as long as I could squeeze in a tent to offset motel $ on those trips.

Part of my thinking is, "now that we finally have a trailer after 10 years, it would be silly not to use it!"...dear.
