Just before Mom took a downhill turn, Jason and I were looking at a deal for a Yellow Prowler to add to the collection. When Mom passed away, I had told the seller to relist it and I would repay his listing fees, as I just could not take the time to deal with an out of state car purchase at that point.

Once I got back and settled down, he called me and said that he held the car for me and asked if I still wanted it. We just finished the deal tonight and my brother is finishing up the payment and paperwork for me until I can take off later to go get it.

If all continues to go well, it will be stored at my Brother's house until it can be trailered back to Texas!

Tom: Will you be keeping the paint scheme on the car or taking it back to stock? Very cool! I'm thinking Jason will need to get a trailer as well to take all of these cars to events!! T

Thanks all, yes, the kid and I are pretty excited about this LAST addition!

Just a few quick replies:

Bruce, I have a lot of catching up to do on go carts now!
Geno, you will feel at home sitting behind the wheel of this one!
Thanks Sam, Prowlerman and Chris, it is different. That is what really caught our eye on this one, I think it will look great at the shows next to the stock ones I have.
Katman, the Monster Trailer is too big already, this will ride separate! I have a hard time backing it as it is!
Mike & Judy, looks like Don Ward has some work ahead of him to get the yellow trailer to match, but I need to save up some cash first - unless he offers it up for free!!!!
Phil, you did, didn't you! I will hollar when I come through California!
Sunshine, we hope to get it back here sometime after the first of the year.
Willie, he said it has a Borla Exhaust, my brother said it sounds really nice. I still need to swap for chrome rims and put a trailer hitch on it, but that will come in time. Thanks
Rich, I should come, I just have to decide what to bring!
Tami, I know I will disappoint Ed, but it is not going back to stock, and we still have the smaller enclosed trailer so that Jason can pull this one around.

The original Borla Exhaust had carbon fiber wrapped tips. Here is a close up of what they look like. There were two versions. Short and long. Ours has the long.

Tom, I don't understand folks having more than one Prowler and then really don't understand modifying them. lol
That is a pretty cool, wild paint job. There sure are a lot of Prowlers in Texas.

Well, after a little delay caused by the seller's bank not wanting to play nice nice with my bank, my brother finally took delivery of the 99 Yellow tonite, and he is keeping it in Lincoln, California until after the first of the year when Jason and I will make a trip up there with the small enclosed trailer to go get it.

At some point I will switch the silver rims for chrome, and I will need to put a trailer hitch on it, but I am just glad that the seller hung in there with me while the banking glitch got worked out. I have only seen pictures and have had to go by what my brother has said, so I am really excited to be able get it back to Texas soon and "Randallize" it!

Yup, he is pretty excited about it too!!!!

My brother just called me and said he wanted to keep it!!! He said he got nothing but looks and thumbs up all the way from Paradise, California, where he picked it up from, to his house in Lincoln, California, where he put it to bed until I can make the trip to pick it up. He also said that it does have a trailer hitch already, so that is one item off the list!!

I will have to let Phil & some of the California group know when I make the trip so that we can meet up once we map out our route.
