Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all. Over all we had a pretty good year with our Prowler friends. The month of December did prove interesting though. We got a little insight into what some people are really like and how very very important material things are to them, it was most disappointing to say the least. Frankly speaking we are so disappointed in many of the So. Cal Prowler folks we have decided to sell our Kat. Over the past 40 years we have belonged to many car clubs and for the most part we have had enjoyable experiences. Not so this time around, though we wish that wasn't the case. We have two offers on our Kat and it looks like we will be accepting one of them this week. Many of you on this site have become our friends and we will continue to treasure those friendships. We are replacing the Kat and Kathy has selected a new Shelby GT 500 from our friends at Chino Hills Ford, we will be taking delivery Wednesday. Thanks to everyone on this site who have helped us with the little idiosyncrasies these unique cars have, and thanks for your friendship. Best of luck to everyone and happy Prowling. Steve & Kathy |

I'm not sure what happened Steve, at the Christmas Party I talked to you and everything seemed fine with you guys are you being two faced now or then. This is the second time since I have known you that someone has said or done something to upset you and that instead of saying something to someone you were like a little kid and said I'm taking my ball and going home. You say we are to materialistic but you are the only one I know that carries around a large photo album full of their cataloged car collection. Also you told Ken a couple of weeks ago that you were going to sell your Prowler because it was not reliable because it had broken down on you so were you lying then or now. I normally don't say anything about what happens between members, but this time I'm not going to set here and let you tell everyone how bad you are being treated when it's a bunch of bull. This will probably be blocked, and know one will see it but you. I don't care right now. If one person reads it before it gets censored it will have been worth it. I hope you guys are happy with your new car and wish you only the best but I think you need to look in the mirror before you start talking trash about someone else.... |

Sorry to hear that Steve and Kathy. Don't know what happened or what the issues are, but you don't need other people to enjoy a car that you love. This world is made up of many kinds of people. I've met a lot of Prowler owners who thoroughly enjoy their cats but don't belong to any car club. Good luck with your new purchase and hope that you both have a Merry Christmas and a great New Year! |

Steve and Kathy, As far as I'm concerned,,,,,,,you are good Prowler people that I have done business with,,yet never met. Friendly and helpful,,,,two terms that come to mind when I've read Steve's posts in the past. Sorry to see you sell the Prowler, or to leave this forum. Good luck, and Merry Christmas to you both! I'm sorry to hear there was a misunderstanding at out Prowler Holiday Party. Everyone I spoke to, had a GREAT time. It's a shame that something like a Holiday Gift Exchange could cause such bad feelings. I like to think that we are more then just Prowler Owners, but GOOD FRIENDS and we should not let a game change that. Roz and I look forward to seeing many of our friends at events in this coming year. |
