It looks like there are no Plymouth or Chrysler Prowlers in this years sale inventory. Any observations? |

Just finished watching 3 days and 15 hrs. LIVE of the auction. One comment as to why there were no Prowlers. The prices are down and they had 5000 entrants with only 800 selections. Incidently they said on the broadcast that they may reach a pre recession total sales for 4 day auction of 37 million! Not a bad take for Craig and the gang! |

Thanks for BJ update. The Allard Community is "abuzz" over the $300,000 sale. I missed the sale for reasons to long to explain, but I enjoy both a Prowler and an Allard and am having real problems visulising an Allard costing the same as 10 Prowlers. Did you see sale and was the Allard worth the sale price? |

It was a nice J2X,(on a hi def TV) But since I owned one 25 years ago and paid only 6K for it, I felt that this price (as were ALL the prices) was totally outrageous. I think a real nice Allard should bring $105,000 to maybe $150,000 tops, so this as were many other cars severely overpriced but who knows, maybe this is the start of a new buying wave like 1988. There's an a** for every seat and it seems that there were many a**es there JRL |
